蒋增杰，男，1978年12月生人，于2008年7月获中国科学院海洋研究所海洋生物学专业博士学位，现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所研究员，博士生导师。主要从事海水生态养殖模式与技术、渔业碳汇等方面的研究，国家贝类产业技术体系养殖容量评估与管理岗位科学家，先后主持国家重点研发计划政府间国际科技创新合作重点专项、国家自然科学基金国际（地区）合作与交流/面上/青年基金等国家级项目/课题10余项；发表论文120余篇，获授权专利20余项，主持制定行业标准1项，主编出版专著2部；获2019年山东省科技进步二等奖1项（位1）、2019年中国产学研合作创新成果二等奖（位1）等科技奖励5项；山东省泰山学者青年专家、云南省“千人计划”产业人才、中国水产科学研究院“水科英才”领军人才；担任国家贝类产业技术体系副首席科学家、北太平洋海洋科学组织（PICES）养殖工作组主席、中国生态学学会海洋生态学专业委员会委员等；上海海洋大学博士生导师，上海海洋大学、中国海洋大学、大连海洋大学、中国农业科学院等硕士生导师。
